Founded in 2025, Tipsy Bay Co. was born with a mission to blend history, community, and a good time. We’re dedicated to creating innovative, one-of-a-kind experiences that connect people through a shared toast to the past.

About the Owner

Ryan Lyles has been in the whiskey world for over a decade, building brands locally and internationally—which is a fancy way of saying he’s spent years talking about booze on just about every continent with a bar. Along the way, he’s mastered the art of throwing memorable events, usually involving good stories, great company, and a glass (or three) of something worth sipping.

Armed with way too much whiskey knowledge and an unapologetic love for the spirits that helped build America, Ryan started Tipsy Bay Co. to mix history with happy hour.
