Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• All tours and events must be booked in advance through our website or approved partners.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

• You are responsible for ensuring that all booking details (date, time, number of guests) are correct.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Full Refunds: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a

100% refund.

• No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour date are not eligible for

a refund.

• No-shows will not be refunded.

3. Changes & Rescheduling

• If you wish to reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling within 24 hours of your booking is not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation.

4. Tour Participation

• All guests must be of legal drinking age (21+) with valid government-issued photo ID.

• We reserve the right to refuse participation to any guest who appears intoxicated, disruptive, or

unsafe, without refund.

• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued.

5. Safety & Liability

• Guests participate at their own risk. Tipsy Bay Co. is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or

damage to personal belongings during the tour.

• By booking, you acknowledge that alcohol consumption is optional and agree to drink alcohol responsibly.

6. Photography & Media

• By attending, you grant Tipsy Bay Co. permission to use photographs or video taken during tours for

promotional purposes. If you wish not to be included, please notify us prior to the tour.

7. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control (including weather,

government restrictions, or venue availability). In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to

reschedule or provide a refund.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
